What we collect

When you send the screening-request form on this site, we receive your name, a phone number or email so we can reach you, and anything you choose to write in the message box. If you call, message us on WhatsApp, or email us instead, we receive whatever you share there.

How we use it

Only to respond to you: to talk through whether New Life is right for you, to answer your questions, and, if you decide to come, to arrange your screening and your stay. The only people who see it are our own team, and only so we can respond and care for you.

What we never do

• We never sell your information. Ever.
• We never share it with advertisers, and we never add you to marketing lists.
• We never share it with anyone outside our team without your permission. The one exception is if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a guest, to arrange your care. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will.

One more thing: this form is for inquiries, not emergencies. If you or someone you love is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services first.
